主講人簡介

Dr. Ross Rubenstein是美國喬治亞州立大學（GSU）公共管理與政策系的傑出教授，同時也是安德魯·楊公共政策學院佐治亞政策實驗室的研究員。Dr. Rubenstein曾在美國西拉丘斯大學（Syracuse University ）Maxwell公共管理學院任職。Dr.Rubenstein的多項研究得到了美國教育部、考夫曼基金會以及賽奇基金會等組織的資助。他曾在許多國家為政府部門進行公共财政和預算方面的培訓，并擔任格魯吉亞教育改革研究委員會的工作人員。在2012年，Dr.Rubenstein被選為美國國家行政科學院的院士。

Ross Rubenstein is Professor and Dan E. Sweat Distinguished Chair in Educational and Community Policy in the Department of Public Management and Policy and a faculty fellow with the Georgia Policy Labs in the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University. He was previously Professor of Public Administration and International Affairs in the Maxwell School at Syracuse University, where he served as Associate Dean and Chair of the Department of Public Administration and International Affairs from 2011-2015. Professor Rubenstein has received a number of awards for his research and teaching, and his work has been funded by organizations including the U.S. Department of Education, the Kauffman Foundation and the Russell Sage Foundation. He has conducted training programs in public finance and budgeting for government officials from numerous countries and served as a staff member on Georgia’s Education Reform Study Commission. In 2012, Professor Rubenstein was elected a fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.
